?? History- Concrete slab fall on patient*5 days.
?? Findings-
? Large Epidural Hemorrhagic in the left temporal frontal parietal region compressing adjacent brain parenchyma, cortical sulci, left lateral ventricle with mifline shift towards right side.
? Prominent left sylvian fissure and CSF attenuation in the left anterior temporal region? Arachnoid cyst.
