A patient with oncology. Pain in the bones of the pelvis.
1) X-ray - areas of osteosclerosis, fracture of the right pubic bone.
2) Performed a low-dose CT scan of the pelvis (which is why the quality is so poor). We see multiple fractures of the pelvic bones.
3) Hybrid study with overlapping foci of accumulation of tropic RFP. We see that areas of sclerosis and fractures are actively accumulating RFP (from blue low to orange a lot).
This corresponds to multiple mts in the bone and corresponds to pathological fractures. these are 100% metastases
