CT SCAN OF PELVIS BOTH HIP JOINTS 3D RECONSTRUCTION

Posterosuperior dislocation of right femoral head is noted with empty right acetabulum with mild joint effusion in right hip joint with small chip fracture arising from posterior pillar of right acetabulum with soft tissue injury with right hemarthrosis

Study reveals normal alignment of the left hip joint.

Bilateral sacro-iliac joints are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION: 

• Posterosuperior dislocation of right femoral head with empty right acetabulum with mild joint effusion in right hip joint with small chip fracture arising from posterior pillar of right acetabulum with soft tissue injury with right hemarthrosis
