Basic diagnosis: hereditary factor VIII deficiency disease.

Xray of both knee was performed:

Deforming gonarthrosis of the right knee due to hemarthrosis after habitual trauma.

Radiography of the knee shows characteristic images:

- joint space narrowing

- osteophytes

- diffuse osteoporosis
