    Haemorrhagic contusions are seen in right frontal region.
    Mild extra-axial air is seen in the right frontal region.

    Fracture involving lateral wall of the right orbit, anterior and lateral wall of right maxillary sinus, squamous part of the right temporal bone and right frontal bone involving the anterior wall of the right frontal sinus.

    Research of lower jaw in axial projection has been performed.

    Condition after metal osteosynthesis and splint of the upper and lower jaws.

     

    A consolidated right side fracture of the lower jaw submental part with dislocation of fragments is differentiated, which does not exceed the thickness of cortical bone.

    Fracture line goes through alveolar socket of tooth 4.2. Periosteal reaction is differentiated on the lower jaw anterior outline in the region of mental protuberance.

    Consolidated fracture is determined in the mandibular angle region on the left side without dislocation of the fragments; fracture line goes through canalismandibularis.

    A defect of the crown of tooth 4.6 is differentiated, which expands to dental pulp.

    4.8 is impacted and turned horizontally with occlusalsurface to distal side.

    A defect of the crown of tooth 3.6 is differentiated, which expands to dental pulp.

    1.8 is impacted; roots  penetrate into the maxillary sinus cavity.

    There is local thickening of mucous membrane in lower parts of maxillary sinuses.

    Lowering of left mastoid cell pneumatization is determined on the edge of scanning.

     

    Conclusion: consolidated right side fracture of the lower jaw submental part withouth dislocation of fragments; consolidated fracture of the mandibular angle on the left side without dislocation of the fragments. Insignificant thickening of mucous membrane in both maxillary sinuses. Lowering of mastoid cell pneumatization of the left temporal bone.
