Spinal disc herniation

A 56 year old patient presented with severe pain in the back and leg pain.Mild tingling was also present.

Patient is a worker in the cycle store where he used to work for hours in the sitting position .At the start he used to manage his pain with NSAID but after few year pain had worson which leads to this MRI finding

Evaluating the MRI the herniation of Disc is being observed.
