Chronic Rapid heart rate since 2019 diagnosed 2020 controlled temporary with propranolol 20mg & statin5mg

IMPACTED WISHDOM TOOTH Lower left (Surgical removal in August 2021)

Styloid bilateral growth (Surgical Removal styloidtecomy with post tonsilectomy in September 2021)
