Intrapancreatic extra spleen lobule (red) in some cases can be mistaken for a tumor of the tail of the pancreas. The accumulation of contrast parallel to the spleen parenchyma, located on the posterior surface, with a bulge along the posterior contour of the tail - typical signs of an intrapancreatic lobule of the spleen. The green color indicates an additional lobule in the gate of the spleen
